内容预览：所有的都是在电脑端网页操作的前情：开号送了5磅，自己充值了10磅，余额一共15磅。大概7月底被封号，网站客服和邮件都申诉了，要求要么退款要么恢复服务。结果gg告知没法恢复服务或退款。两天后我直接编辑短信把10磅捐给红会了。。自己发过几次短信，所以还剩下不到5磅余额，过两天余额也不显示了。本以为这事就过去了，结果gg怂了开始给大家退款了，我这拍大腿啊，捐款捐早了。。。记得把付款的信用卡绑回去。我是中行卡，实测锁卡不影响退款。 但信用卡没绑定账号估计影响退款。过了快一个月了，我又给gg发投诉邮件，投诉邮件网址：https://www.giffgaff.com/complaints进去点击make a complaint。参考隔壁L站的邮件内容，自己ai修改一下，别千篇一律的抄，不然客服一看都一样估计都懒的搭理了：邮件内容Dear giffgaff Complaints Team,I am writing to request an immediate refund of the remaining cash balance (Airtime Credit) held on my deactivated account.Account Information:Member Name: xxxxxxxMobile Number: 07518 xxxxx1To clarify, I fully accept the termination of my SIM card in accordance with your roaming and location policy; I am not asking to reinstate the service. My dispute lies solely with the retention of my personal funds.Pl
